Consider volunteering...
I will need more help this year with the fields. I will also be trying to implement a 4v4 system with one of the age groups, based on the Dutch method. (nothing concrete yet)

I am also considering assigning practice days for each age division to ease scheduling for coaches and parents. A combined day to practice would allow a team whose coach could not make practice, to still practice within their age division, it would just be with a different coach. This would also alleviate team practices where only 5-6 members of the team show up.
>> Coaches: consider working small-sided games involving ball control, shielding, footwork, etc... instead of tactics for a combined practice day. <<
